To shape this almost raw nugget, day to day, what could be more logical than to put it into the hands of a woman, Stephanie Dondain.

In 2004, following her first incarnation in Paris as part of the communications agency Wunderman Cato Johnson (Young & Rubicam Group), Stephanie joined the team at Château Cabezac, her father's family estate. There she managed export to Asia and HORECA distribution in and around Paris.

In 2008 she created Cabezac Collection Ltd in the UK which distributed the wines selected by her father. She supports and steers Château Cabezac’s overall strategy and the development of its projects. She submerges herself in the technical side, wine making techniques, soils, vineyard management. She then decided to go back to school to deepen her wine knowledge and achieved in 2015 a Certificate of Oenology at Suze-la-Rousse University.


It is thus a natural move that she be entrusted with the direction of Mas Cazelles in 2016.  A stimulating challenge for this determined and tenacious epicurean, already brimming with original ideas for the winery.
